We're many steps behind because there is no I in team. I input my information I have found in regards to the red controller because it helps everyone who has an interest in it.

Right, but there is a difference in publishing information that has been around for a while, versus publishing things that are as accurate as can be. Finding the first Google search result isn't doing research hah.

Hexigon replied he had no idea Microsoft held a controller color contest, he now does. Google helped us find the Plastics VP as well. We're not editing Wikipedia here, just chatting about a topic where everyone's input helps.

The issue is you have to remember what people do with that information. 60 Launch Editions anyone? Bad information can be hard to dispel. I don't want to put out information that will be hard to backtrack on.

It's more of a hint that I have something fairly substantial coming in the near future that could give proper evidence, if things pan out, of what a real one looks like, or at the very least, some information about it.

To interject a game-related purchase into the Xbox controller discussion real quick... IRL's not working out so great right now, so after having eyeballed the PS3 for a while before already, I just went "why the hell not" and bought one kinda as an impulse buy:

    - PS3 Slim (CECH-3004B) w/ 320GB HDD, 1x Dualshock 3, HDMI, USB and power cables; used, loose
    - Burnout Paradise: The Ultimate Box; used, complete
    - Tales of Symphonia Chronicles; used, complete

Everything's working fine, just gonna go and clean the system and controller up a bit more.

Dragon Quest Monsters on Gameboy. Found these 2 listed separately by the same seller for £7.99 each. Free delivery.
I can't quite work out what the difference is between them, but i'm going to assume it's just the first release and a re-release sometime later, perhaps. If anyone know that would be great!

Yeh, guessed as much. Makes me wonder if the -1 version has the correct game in the box, considering it doesn't have the -1 on it's serial number on the cartridge.

Thanks. Believe it or not, I actually bought that o December 22nd but it only arrived yesterday. The original parcel went missing and since the seller couldn't find the tracking number I made him find me another or refund my 8000yen. In the end he found this copy which isn't as mint so I got a 1000 yen back too.

I think he was bull shitting me because in his original mail he said that he sent the game by normal post. I told him and could prove that I paid for insured shipping. After that he told me he couldn't find the tracking number. Strange. First he said it was sent normal post and then once he knew I wasn't going to accept his B.S. the story changed. This guy runs a shop and his feedback has some other dodgy stories too. So to be honest I don't think he ever did have the super mint copy he claimed to have or if he did he sold it to another person and tried to B.S. me by saying it was lost in the post.

At the end of the day I got the game plus 1000 yen back in cash. It's just a shame I didn't get the one I was after as that looked 100% brand new. Here's a picture of the original auction.

He sold it for more in store most likely, or under sold it to you. So he bullshit you. Happens a lot, and mostly with car sales.

It's like Christmas all over :D bit off topic but the Raspberry Pi 2 can be turned into a mean lean emulator machine though ;-)

I owned a copy which was in really poor shape and missing the manual. Happy to own a pretty neat complete copy :)
