Sometimes I look at these poor abused games and buy them just so they don't end up in a landfill. #stopgameabuse ...lol

Just when I thought my week couldnt get any better. A buddy of mine just texted me this when he got home from picking up an xbox I modded for him. Said he was cleaning out his attict and found these, wanted to know if I wanted them. . Bonks Revenge is sealed btw. Sadly, he said he threw out the console years ago but i'm not complaining! He's bringing these and a bunch of genisis/sega cd games he said he found next weekend. I havn't started collecting for TG yet, so no idea what anythings worth but who cares? I collect to play stuff not to sell. Guess now i'll be buying a Turboduo with my Tax money next year, it's gonna kill me to just sit and look at them for the next 4 months!

 

Recently bought an Everdrive for the Super Famicom. Thought it came with the DSP chip included but I guess not. Oh well, no big loss as there aren't any DSP chip games I want to play which I don't own anyway.

 

Picked up a few games today when out though not quite retro unless the PS2/Xbox is considered retro these days.

So my buddy and old co-worker stopped by with all he found in his attic today. Bonk's revenge and the TG controller were both new, never been used. I hooked him up with a couple of modded xbox's I had. He swears he has a few more "tubs" of old gaming stuff, he just didn't want to spend more time cleaning this week..lol. So, I may have some more to report soon hopefully!

Loved Flashback back in the day remember playing the Mega Drive (Genesis) version to death.

 

Thanks, I haven't played Rise of the Dragon or flashback so i'll check it out for sure. I had to stick with Nintendo back in the day, so finding lots of Sega games I missed out on now.

Looking forward to seeing how Vectorman 2 is, I figure if it were good enough for a sequel, it should be fun..but then again..Bubsy got a sequel...lol

 

Picked up a collection of Sega Saturn games for $50 the other day. All games in good working condition with cases, case artwork, and manuals. 16 games total, half of them are sport games. 3 of the sport games have 1-2 cracks on the case.

Might have been the best $50 I ever spent.

 

I shit you not this is the best pick up I have ever had, I paid £100 for the lot and then a further £80 for the Manchester Gameboy a couple days ago.

Possibly my best Flea market day ever! I cannot believe I found a working Vectrex at a flea market! Total cost for all shown $172.00

Ratchet & Clank A Crack in Time and Tools of Destruction, both pratically brand new. I doubt the previous owner even played the games as there are not a single marking / scratch on the cases.

I found Wii U games at a thrift store.
I mean yeah it was Barbie Somethingorother and Smurfs 2, but still, Wii U games, at a thrift store. They also had launch PS4 sports games I passed on (because they're cheaper at Gamestop/eBay and I don't have a PS4)

 

I'm pretty sure I just won the contest for amazing deals. I just acquired 6!!! XNA expo units for pocket change.

Since the units look mostly the same, I used various pictures that showed it the best. Notice that the first and second pictures are of different units as the second one has a sticker on it.

it was still very expensive overall, but relative to the prices they normally go for I think I did ok.
Calling it pocket change was an exaggeration, I still wiped out quite a bit of money, but compared to the 600-800 they normally go for I did ok.

I'm not sure if I should keep them as a set or sell some of them yet. obviously I want to make sure they go to a good home.
