Does the law for open source and all those licenses really work?

I'm not trying to put myself on the middle of the flame war but taking the PS3 as an example, there are LGPL in there but since it's illegal to reverse it's code you can't see it.
The only way to prove is doing something against the law like reverse engineering, so.. what if cybdyn do the same and put it simple that it would be illegal to reverse his work?
Wouldn't that work the same way as the ps3?

if you use the code you need to release the code also, not a year later but once the software is released (for free or for profit) you need to release the source code

Personally I will wait for you to release your product and wait for someone to either hack it and replace the os with non stolen code or buy a competing product which im sure their will be in the future

No one needs to program anything to show you are violating the license for the code of some members here. For a project that is niche, you are doing well of alienating a bunch of potential customers.

Facts are, Haunted IS involved and would likely be the target - he owns the website, he manages the project. What you think of copyrights in your country doesnt really matter. Your excuses are terrible. I had quite a lot of respect for you and your abilities. Now I have none.
