Give your cart connectors a clean or failing that if you've been using the same MD system for years now you may need to bend the pins inside for a tighter grip. That should fix it.
Thanks for the comments guys. If you could, can you help spread the word of Retro Core by posting about it on other forums or telling your freinds.
In a few days I'll have it ready. I7m too busy at the moment with work man, this time of year is always a pain in work.
All new Retro Core 4 is out now on YouTube, volume 14. Official Site version with 60fps download coming in 2 weeks but on a good point the last Battle of the Ports is going up on to the official site in an hour Oh, I didn't mention in this post but Retro Core 4 Volume 13 was put up on to the official site a week or so ago. http://www.segagagadomain.com/retrocore/rc4-13.htm
Thanks for the heads-up - I'll remember to check the site in a couple of weeks for the 60fps version, can't wait! In the meantime I'll grab the Golden Axe BotP. Keep it up Yakumo!
Just a heads up to let everyone know that I've uploaded the very first series of Retro Core and Retro Core 2 to YouTube. Every volume is up there apart from 11 and 13 of series 1 due to copyright issues The resolution is low but that's because these are so old. I've made play lists at my channel to make life a little easier for everyone to view them. http://www.youtube.com/user/Yakumo1975/featured?view_as=public
Thanks mate. I've just finished the Out Run BOTP. It took a whole day! I'm just encoding the 60fps version now so I can preview it to make sure there are no errors. After that I'll encode the 30fps version and upload that to YouTube. It should be live in about 10 hours or so.
Yakumo-sama you seriously deserve the sama prefix with you uploading all those lovely and old episodes of RTC Domo Arrigato Unless some one calls you Yakumo-dono then I will be calling you Yakumo-sama
You're welcome. It's all part of the official site update anyway Nobody calls me domo so same is fine but really, plain old Yakumo is fine too.
Yakumo: I can not fathom. That I used to think the Amiga version was good, but I quickly checked upon another video of the same game on Amiga. And it looks like the people who ported it, took the Atari ST version and ported it to Amiga. And I am seeing that the Atari ST version is good and it plays well. Which is very strange and quite odd. Anyway, some one must have made a major cluster fuck on the Amiga version. Cause as I look at it, they could have taken the Mega Drive version. And let us say, made it much better ? Anyway I am shocked, of how bad the Amiga version is. Wow, suddenly I am grateful that I have played MUCH better versions of Out Run since then, thankfully it looks like the C64 is winning on their version of the game. When it comes to the old computers and their arcade ports. So if you ever make a BOTP with Gods (by Bitmap Brothers), then I must say this. Whether you hate the game or not then it is a good game. Also on the Amiga. Whether or not you like the game controls on any of the different platforms that game has come out on. Personally I have a biased view upon the game, but that is more in "I like /dislike" the game. But not because it is a horrible game or anything like that. It just depends on my mood that day
Yeah, the amiga version of Out Run is prety poor. It could have been so much better. I'm not really a fan of GODS so I may not do it. wasn't that only on the Amiga, ST and Mega Drive though?
