Do you have Steel Battalion with the enormous controller too?

Advent Rising was actually alright, and if you played Shenmue you pretty much have to get the sequel.

Thank you bro! Well I just saw that the seal is just a adhesive baggie. So I opened it up and found no CD, it's in fact just a lot calendar cards. I may do some scans soon, as they are beautiful cards.

Here's the CD, not sure if it's really soundtrack it's more of a Audio adventure I think.

Sadly no, I own the game but not the cockpit controls. I do want them though, they are amazing!

    it's more than amazing.
I once set it up with 42" Plasma screen in front with whole setup on the table attached to the side of reclining chair plus speakers surround it.
Was bit of challenge to hook them all up as they were all fixed temporarily - no way missus would let me set them up permanently.
Fantastic setup and simply mind blowing game play. ^ ^

kind of reminding me first time I strapped myself inside 360degree motion controlled After Burner arcade console - remember the one where it will spin 360 in complete turn?

I got mine in Japan - found a boxset for around 11000yen so it was great bargain for me.
Was bit of challenge to bring it in as the custom officer couldn't understand what it was till younger officer stepped in and filled her in...

I'm a few hours in and my hair is on end when I pick it up now. Didn't happen at first but now there is a palpable sense of dread, for sure.

Ah, I'm sorry man. I only found out when I was ripping the disc and wondered why the other tracks were 24kb lol. If I ever come across the soundtrack I'll surely keep you in mind.

That sounds awesome! I'd really love the setup, but man the box to the whole set is just a huge monster. Shipping alone would be so damn expensive. How heavy is the whole set?
By the box art, I guess customs thought you had a ammo crate? :p

    I'm sorry, but I don't get your reply? :/

Yea, even after I opened the box and showed the stuff inside she was still unconvinced it was just the game console joystick. :p
the weight was around 8-10kg? It certainly wasn't light nor too heavy.
wasn't too much of shipping as I brought it with me back to Sydney from Osaka~ :)

check out wiki entry and read about what those ghost were for...
    pretty gruesome stuff I'd say~

I do have several of titles still factory sealed - guess I'm not game enough to play them (actually I have PS2 copies that I played ;P)

Just some early feedback on the game. I've just started it myself. It might not scare at first but it will. My hairs actually do stand up while I'm playing it.

Oh yes...I stopped reading because there was too much information about the game and story. But I will revisit the articles and look for cheats and walkthroughs for the second round through.

Ah yes, I played the game on PS2 I actually own them all. At first it's not scary at all, but for some reason your heart starts to race.

my first play was when missus took kids to in-laws for x-mas gathering. due to work I had to stay back.
it was well into the night around 10...ishi and with all lights off and me myself at home playing the thing it did gives me chill down my spine, especially with the audio jacked up high too~ (not recommended if you get scared easily)

Haha, tell me about man. I played this game with my sister, and she's easily scared but I noticed I'm worse! It truly freaks the shit out you no doubt.

Good news though! I got Project Zero for $2 :) quite easily a $20 title and it's not that common either.

Nice, I think I will put the PS2 ones on the play list as well. I would like to know your impressions of the differences. Xbox has revealed a slight annoyance, in that the ghost appearances reach a bit of Parasite Eve level frequency here and there. I don't know if the PS2 version was more understated in this respect.

I think I might start over. I haven't been photographing ghosts very well, and it caught up with me early on. I'm sure the big ghost at the end of night one can be captured if I play for higher points and open up push or freeze before reaching it. It's driving me crazy thinking about it so I might just restart.

A side note for interested NTSC people -- the box doesn't say it but my display shows it's pushing through at 480p.

Also, I finally found one of these Fujiworks after a few years of looking/waiting. It's a very opportune time for me to find one! With Xbox being my first experience with the game, I'm certain this controller will make life alot easier when I reach the third game and have to switch to PS2.
