Mega Man Anniversary Collection was NTSC only.

someone told it was released in AU but haven't seen one myself

 

Of course if He/She lives in Au he/she could easily import the game and softmod His xbox to play region free.

 

It was released here on Playstation 2, XBOX I'm not too sure... However it did get a PAL release everywhere else on XBOX.

 

Also You should pick up Fallout Brotherhood of steel. Pretty good game for what it was.

I still have nightmare of putting the enigma chip with two dozen wires going every where....
(in fact I ruined the MB and had to source another one to put into the xbox since it was the first birthday present from missus after we got married.)

Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic is popular. Better on PC but that's obvious.

Could always grab bunches of retro games with Sonic Mega Collection Plus, Taito Legends, Capcom Classics, etc.

 

I'm wanting to get those arcade collection games. Just waiting for the right prices though.

 

well being stupid when the Enigamh chip was announced I grabbed one right away and being foolhardy opened my xbox.
the wires were tiny and the weld spots were even tinier! At least I had good eye sight back then and I tackled confident I should be able to do even though last time I tinkered with the soldering iron was back in high school time... p

ended up lifting several tracks and when botched fixes were not working out I had to get another xbox to cannibalise its MB to swap.
After much sweat and cursing and blood I managed to get the bl00dy chip on the MB and it worked. Phew~


p.s. it was way before the softmod or any other method...

 

Ah, well before the time I got into the XBOX. Usually the first breakthrough with modchips, softmods etc are always dangerous anyway. I always wait about a year before I install anything.
It took me a while to even get my head around hotswapping. I turned off my PC when the softmod was in progress because I thought it crashed. I ended ruining my system and turned out dead when I unlocked the drive and turned the system off.
As I started doing research I got into the XBOX even more, I think it's one of the most interesting systems with mods much like the PSP and Wii. Just the XBOX is a great system to me...

Glad you managed to install the chip, I'm yet to attempt installing a modchip.. I should be ok, got a board to practise on.

 

Well,i read through the 6 pages & i couldnt see one mention of Thief Deady Shadows,damn good game. Then theres Battlestar Galattica,not bad for what it is. Americas Army Rise of a Soldier not to bad either,this was also supposedly used as a training exercise thingy FPS for new recruits. With Steel Battalion,if you get one make sure it has green buttons & not blue buttons. Green 1st release,blue 2nd release. Other than that,its hard to decide what to suggest,i'm sitting here looking at 200 odd games or so & i cant decide which is better,lol
