Ooh, I do like good dump (shit) And now with modern smart phones there's no need for a magazine any more Yakumo
No much use if it prints money back at Nintendo HQ, however I am sure someone has writen iBogroll, an app that lets you pull virtual loo roll.
my best advise is weigh yourself 2 times everyday one when you wake up and before you go to sleep , try to lose at least half a pound everyday, i realize trying to lose half a pound a day sounds imposible but it isn't , don't eat when playing videogames or watching tv as your mind doesn't realize you eating and therefore won't tell you that you are full , what i just said was exactly what i did to get from 250 pound to my current weight of 135 pounds which in metric is exactly 61.23 kilograms. oh p.s i am 5'10 wich in metric is 1.778m
hahaha, there actually is a bog roll app  Being in Japan though, both the toilets in my house are cyberbogs. You don't even have to lift up the seat to take a piss, it does it for you if you say "lift" Yakumo
Weighing yourself twice a day might be looking too closely at the micro, and not the macro. Certain foods weigh more than others and take longer to pass. You could be weighing mass of food (and more likely water) and get the wrong idea.
i said what i did to lose weight ,my plan may not have been perfect but i got really good results.;-)
GP's right; don't weigh yourself twice a day. I woud weigh myself once a week, max. Monthly would make more sense to me. I can't remember the last time I weighed myself anyway....
the answer would be yes , if i didn't see a improvement from what i was in the morning i would try harder the next day
from 250lbs in metric 113.3981 kg to 135lbs in metric 61.23497 kg. you can't argue with those results ,though there is more thing you need to do that i forgot to say , persist to reach your goal ,you know what you want , don't give up till you get it.
No wonder you are overweight if bending over and lifting the toilet seat up is deemed hard work that you have a toilet that will do it for you. Next you'll say that you do not walk to a shop a mile down the road but take the car.. ;-)
Hmm... yeah... no. You're telling me you can really see the results from the morning in the evening... enough to tweak a diet/workout? I guess everyone else is doing it wrong. I lost 75 lbs, btw... and almost never looked at a scale.
