Ya, but its compressed as well.

.7z does compress them pretty well. If I'm not mistaken.

not hard, but time consuming... there ares some cracking program to "retrieve your lost passwords on zips" they take days

 

I smell bullshit. 7zip is good, but anyone knowing how a zipping tree structure works will realize that it can't possibly that small, can it?\

PS: JPEG files don't get any more compressed than they already are. RLE compression is used in the creation of JPEG files.

He never said that. Stop adding fuel to this rumour. It says ZELDA at the bottom, and NES at certain parts. It's obviously a poor attempt at a fake ROM.
