Also has any seen the small trailer for the Dragonball movie,its another live action anime ruined.Its looks as cheesy as the Street Fighter movie.

It's the king of Shows for Weeaboo's it claims to be an anime yet you watch it and you're like THIS? THIS IS ANIME?

It's not anime it's a show done by people who went on the internet googling popular anime names and ripping off character designs. Then with no understanding of Japan (even less than what I apprently have) made a show set there.

that said the show IS HILAROUS.

 

I saw that show. I didn't watch it because, well, after watching the first episode or two, I knew it was made by a stupid anime fan.

 

I dated a weeaboo that also watched Kappa Mikey.

Although I still prefer Urusei Yatsura a little more.

LOL I NEVER got into Dragon Ball until I started reading the manga to work on simple Japanese reading...starting from the beginning it's alright...but does it really get to where there's nothing but the same shit over and over? That's disappointing to me.

What about FMA or Bleach? I read the first 3 chapters of Full Metal Alchemist and I hear Bleach is good...anyone ever read/see those?

Ohhh, yeah I'm already seeing that happen within the first 15 chapters of the manga.

 

I hadn't checked the pound against the yen for ages, did the other day and it seems my "shift the decimal place across two, divide by two = pounds" strategy isn't so accurate any more. That's got to hurt.

 

It is currently around 138 yen to the pound...

 

The yen is crushing everything, not just the pound. The Euro & Pound just had a longer period of flourishment over the yen than the dollar.

 

I'm glad the yen is doing so well right now, makes it good to send money back home at the moment. However, being the banks are in such shit I dunno if it's quite safe.

 

FMA is simply brilliant, great characters with a really catching story and some top notch animation/voice acting. highly reccomend watching the show,movie and chibi OVA :thumbsup:

I have to agree with the no. My bud told me it has a huge amount of episodes too. I'm not too into anime anyhow though.

 

AWS told me he liked FMA...when I get a job with more income I might get some old Anime movies. I really liked that first Tenchi Muyo Movie. But I was like 10 or 11 years old when I first watched it.
