    The part in blue above the playstation just reads: 週刊 - shuukan (weekly published)
    The part above it in white reads:

    This is written on an envelope with a 100yen-coin in it that I found inside a game I bought off Yahoo. I believe it's a refund because of combined shipping, but I'm curious about the true translation :)

    Thanks! It's a small piece of paper (3x5cm) that's been stapled together with three staples on each side. All that for 1$ worth of shipping fees which were about 14$ in total.
    I'll never open it and let it rest inside my copy of wip3out. :)
