How come anyone with a Neo Geo Proto or deals with hard to find items is all of a sudden listed as a Scammer and Thief?

I dealt with Dion for many years and had no issues. I have even shared Proto info with him and he shared it right back.

Everyone knows he has Lost Oddysey Pinball and Warlocks Of Fate.

If he wants to release it he will. Others have released protos and received no credit at all. I know because I am one of them. Ghost Lop , SVC Chaos , Brikinger Etc.


Consider this: I am sitting on a GOLD MINE OF UNRELEASED GAMES for a variety of Arcade systems. And I know of a guy who is sitting on 5 neo protos people would die for.

correct me if I am wrong! other companies distributors leave the original material in the games and their reprints come enclosed on the outer part of the box like the French manuals or Spanish manuals all that without opening the games! some are B&W but the factory original is still in there and that is not only for newer games I remember buying NES and SNES games that came that way or in the case of Canadian MATTEL carts the reprint was in the same standards as their counterparts with manuals intact! is this a lot to ask? in reality the games that were distributed by NGF were not factory sealed and if I am not mistaken prices drop for something that is not factory sealed! not mentioning that they discarded the factory material that was the owners right to have! consider that to anything else besides games and think if that is okay with you when you buy any other product? "I know what is the best for you so I changed things a bit to fit the american market!" let me decide that, is my right to have factory sealed items if I pay the price of a factory sealed item!

 

I have never even seen a crack rock let alone scammed anyone.

I enjoyed seeing your protos and I know exactly how you feel when other people DEMAND that you dump games/roms. NGF provided videos and sold cartridges of Last Odyssey, Bang Busters, Zupapa, Bang Bead, Ganryu, Captain Tomaday, Flip Shot, Warlocks of the Fates, Crossed Swords 2, and many other games years before they were eventually "found" or "released."

Also I was the official distributor in the USA for Samurai Shodown V, Metal Slug 4 & 5, Rage Of The Dragons, Matrimelee, King Of Fighters 2001, 2002, and 2003. Basically I helped revive Neo Geo when SNK went under using distro contacts at Sun Amusement,Noise Factory, Eolith, Mega Enterprise and then Playmore. Basically if you have touched a newer SNK Playmore Neo Geo MVS cart kit it has passed through my hands.

I am the only one authorized by Capcom Japan to send in carts for repair In the USA without getting middle manned.I have repaired or had repaired hundreds of Capcom Cps-2 ,Cps-3 Motherboards and Software. . That includes Jo Jo 1 & 2 , Street Fighter 3 New Gen, 2nd Impact, Third Strike , and Warzard / Red Earth and a entire library of CPS2. For those who do not know most capcom games have a 5 year or shorter battery life. They have a suicide battery that acts as a alternator that decrypts the security codes in the Cartridge then allowing algorithm to run on the Simms on the motherboard where the data is stored and loaded by CD. If you do not play the game often or mishandle the voltage on the cabinet it is very easy to KILL a Cps3 game. It forces arcade operators to keep the machine on all the time and running otherwise it dies out. Basically most of them are still running or are running again because I repaired them. Otherwise they would all be dead as CAPCOM ARCADE USA does not exist anymore and no one else can fix them.

8 I have reprogrammed or repaired over 2000 arcade games into upgraded versions , newer revisions , or ENGLISH USA versions

9. Getting Neo Geo to work on Xbox first with the help of Alex Kampl and a few gifted coders.

10. Helped co create Sega-Naomi.com with Brian Sconyers was a IDEA of MINE. Most of the pictures and writeups and hardware tutorials were written by ME. Site was given to PETE in the UK and he maintains it till this day.


What is the definition of a SCAMMER?

Someone who misrepresents a product?
Someone who does not deliver the item?

I said factory included material not "orignal" cause NGF was only a distributor not a manufacturing company also avoiding the issue of including the factory supplied material and including the reprints letting the buyer decide what is best? like every other company did at that time!

When a SNK game is announced for a home console I usually release the image.

I am sitting on every single one of their assets from 1980's to 2011.

I have every PCB , MVS , NG64 , NGPC , Atomiswave , and Type X game they ever released PERIOD.
