Good question, with approx 50-100 Games it was working Fine, but now as it is Full. It Takes a while I already tried to let it run in Demo Mode over Night, this was stabile, any idea what i could they? Perhaps the 32k Cluster instead of 64k?

If you use gdmenu with a list that's generate with madsheep's gdmenu builder, then it's pretty much instantaneous.

uhm, i was using Madsheeps GDmenu Builder 1.05, this is a very nice tool, makes live much easier. I will try to cleanup the SD, as there are some games which mentioned Not supported, perhaps its this, otherwise i could try to format it with a bigger cluster.

Could it be the problem that my batterie is empty? Need to exchange it.

    *EDIT*
just cleaned all the "Not working" images, but still 2minutes left from pressing the button to gdemu :-/

I ran into a similar issue and found that some of the game names generated were excessively long and breaking the cached list forcing a scan on boot.

Make sure there are not trailing spaces in any of the game names sometimes indicated by an "..."

Don't forget to desolder the 12v regulator since it overheats otherwise

It's not a requirement and is optional whether you do it or not. I have personally ran the hardware on a stock PSU for long periods of time and the levels of heat are debatable in comparison to a stock drive running discs. It's the same with 300ohm resistor instead, some say it doesn't work others say differently and is difference in opinion tbh, as Deunan would have put up some disclaimer/advisory message about it, if was a major issue as there have been no reports of ode devices and consoles getting wrecked as a result.

Oh i see, well i've done it anyway just to make sure but if you're saying it doesn't make that much of a difference then maybe it is.

I did it ages ago last year and noticed not much of a difference or any detrimental side effects to games or the hardware.

Crazy Taxi test is SD card brand related and not a PSU related issue. I confirmed that months ago when I did my own tests.

You shouldn't have issues with that Kingston card as i have a 64gb and 128gb and they work fine with no crashes now, even after 24 hours straight:) with or without PSU mods. Unless it's fake??

I tested over 5 brands i.e sandisk, transend, komputer bay, samsung, intenso using 16, 32, 64gb and all failed with CT at some point.

The same applies to UGC by Mnemo as some pen drives and external usb drives fail the same way with CT, so problem does not relate to Gdemu. My guess that It's some sort of timing issue with that game and a few others like Confidential Mission and Hydro Thunder, as they too failed at random intervals on the demo loop, yet switching to the Kingston card for gdemu and a different hdd enclosure for ugc fixed it for me.

Try using EaseUS partition to format the card because I use that for mine and my hdd's and try a different SD reader, as some can cause problems.

Yeah, despite the crashes the games will play okay but I wanted to be certain that no issues occured later on.

Quick format is fine using 64k clusters. H2testw can be used to check the full read and write access, etc to the card.

Are you using the modified PSU or the regular PSU. If you're using the regular PSU, maybe it overheats and if you're using the modified psu, are you sure you desoldered it correctly and the trace next to it.
