Just some tips: All talk and no cash makes people tired and wary. Sometimes it's best to just go for cold hard cash, or buy something they want. Money is not everything. You'd need a picture of the disc, and if he's lacking the equipment to test it a substantial discount for what may very well be a blank or non-functional disc. I lost Biohazard 1.5 this way, the guy got nervous and sold it for a quick buck. I would do the same. Offer him something quick and dirty, like 150,000 yen.

Just to say to people, to stop private messaging me for the moment. I will be speaking to my contact again early next week, then we are going to take it from there. One thing about the offer there, there have been ofer's for it befoe, and all have been rejected, and don't ask me why but he might get offended by a cheap offer like he has before.( i think it's cultural thing, that they don't particularly like bargaining.) The person has never been in any rush to sell, so it's not comporable to the Biohazard 1.5 situation. Also I will not be making any kind of action unless the disk is shown working and validated, as I have blue disks myself, and I could say they have Ura, or Mother 3 on them. Look at the Corey situation, all that money for mario Artist blue disks, which people have had through their hands before, as they were kicking about on blue disks long before anything else, and passed around alot more as they were at the Randnet event's, and at Spaceworld, as well as in the offices of marigul and recruit.
Uhm. the 4 blue disks of Corey went for ~300$ if i don't remember wrong. That price was well worth the deal (for him). I doubt we will ever see anything tho :/.
I really don't see your point here, what I am referring to is he got a good deal, yes 300 dollars for those disks was good, but he also need a sizable amount of money for the dev kit to use them, and then people ploghed money into a slush fund to see if they were Mother 3, and they weren't. Also if someone really had Mother 3, I mean 300 dollars, do me a favour. Please don't start arguing about this, I have made my point and you have made yours, open another thread if yuou want to argue,lol.
