    Great. Thanks. How easy is it to pull the DVD Drive out of a Gamecube? Do you just need a Gamebit screwdriver to remove the case and then just unscrew the drive?

    Just ordered some gamebit, a new top shell part (clear) and an RGB cable.

    Gonna have me some GameCube fun again. :D

    Installation looks easy as pie too, thanks ASSEMbler for finding these. :)

    I got mine from typing in GameCube case into eBay.

    £10 option for a black one or £12 for Clear or Clear Black. That's eBay UK.

    Got my chips today, got it installed.. now to get homebrew to actually boot lol... The chip lights up fine, and boots normal pressed disks just swell... and the xenogc shell works, so it seems to be installed fine.. just not liking my disks :p

    Yeah, I adjusted the pot for the laser as well, and it's working... but just for one disk lol. Probably just need to get some better media as well. Using memorex's now

    are you using disks with the media text "RitekG04" or "RitekG05"
    those work best


    oh and btw got my xenos yesterday, thanks again!
