Not trying to nitpick but Mallrats ( great movie by the way, im glad Taucias reminded me of its existence!) had a NHL game, not an NFL game. Im not to sure of the year but its one of the EA Sports NHL games, If i had to guess i would say NHL 92 or NHL 93, due to the fact that ( IIRC) Mallrats came out in 1993.<---- could be wrong about that, at least i think it was 1993.
If you look closely at that scene, you'll see the console they're using is actually an Arcadia 2001 There's also a part in Gamera 3: Revenge of Isis (great giant monster flick, worth a watch) where they use a Dreamcast to play some game the main bad guy made to determine the reach and health of worldwide Mana fields, or something. There is also some movie I can't remember the title of, maybe you guys can help. It was some mid 70's comedy about these people who are in this contest to find a million dollars, or something, and the main annoying "villain" (who looked like the fat guy from Animal House) has this van with a dome in the roof, and plays Pong in the back, which was supposed to be like this high tech thing. The only other thing I can remember about the movie is that there' s minature golf involved somehow. Also let's not forget Terminator 2, where John Conner plays sit down Afterburner.
I was watching Gremlins Special Edition today (can't believe that movie is 25 years old!) which features two games. An old Donkey Kong table top game and the gremlins are playing Start wars arcade (the Atari Vector one) in the bar. Yakumo

Just remembered last night after watching a little bit of Men In Black II that was on TV. When they are in the merc and go to hyperspeed or whatever they call it a PS1/PS2 dualshock controller is used to control the car.
I don't know if someone said it already but in Hitman, when the swat squad enters the building looking for him and he escapes and busts through the window of another apartment the two guys that look back at him are playing Hitman, don't know which console though.
What is this game? It was shown during an episode of the second season of TSCC. It appears to be an XBLA title, and this annoying kid was blaring into the headset even though it appears to be a single player game.
I was sure noone would have mentioned D.A.R.Y.L., so was very surprised to see two people had! Well done, guys! There were a number of suggestions I would have made that have been said. Still, I have a few! I can't believe noone said 40 Year Old Virgin - the "You know how I know you're gay?" stuff was done playing video games. Enemy of the State - the object slipped to Will Smith was a TurboExpress. (If anyone wants it, I can get the original prop - it's a fake lol).
