My holy grail nowadays is the Naked Snake lifesize statue *_*

It's not only a problem of money (I could afford it), but until I got my personal house, I don't have the space to place it :(

For me, would be Half-Life, I had to make a trade for a entire portal 2 script which can no longer be found, for it. Its from January of 1998, and its unplayable.
The beta of course, has never been leaked, the person who sent me this got it from some garage sale.

Thinking on it, I'd love to get my hands on some early MGS builds from times where they were experimenting with the system, as well as the speculated Saturn build. That would be awesome, unrealistic but awesome.

Megaman Legends 3 Prototype is another one I wouldn't mind getting my hands on. Not holy by any means, but something of interest for me, something I was looking forward to messing around with.

For a second I thought I was in the "What's the rarest thing you own" thread, and I was like "What."

Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet:

    - Build (or even a lot more assets) of Team Fortress 2: Brotherhood of Arms (first iteration of TF2 on the HL1 engine).

Yes, both of them. Loved how the military version looked like.

Killer Instinct 1 n64 proto. -Ever since I saw those guys playing it at the end of the DKC TreeHouse vhs, I have pined for that game. KI Gold was very disappointing for me.

Super Mario 3D for the snes. I would be happy with a single screenshot.
    Mother 3 64DD
    Metroid Dread
    Dinosaur Planet
    Saturn VF3
Any early build of Wipeout, especially if there is a version that resembles the one from the movie "hackers".

I would have to say the Splitscreen build of Resident Evil: Outbreak. Because it did exist at one point, but technical issues kept it from being in the final build(or so they say, or was that it was found in the code? I can't remember which)

    Lets add:

    Snake Plitssken PS2 (unreleased)
FF7 (don't ever recall there being a beta released for that)
Any beta for the Tecmo Deception series.
Resident Evil 1.5 (been following this one for years)
Mutant League Football/Hockey (be nice to see if anything was cut)
The unreleased Mutant League game(was it basketball?)
