What are your "holy grails"?

I don't think anyone has found any beta for any of the Sly games, but there is a couple of demos with beta content(E3, Jampack, others, etc.) for the first game. You can easily google it if you are interested. Who knows? Maybe one day a beta will pop up (I still have hope for this). Also, during the Mz. Ruby boss fight I think Sly says:"Dig that voodoo!" or "Zig zag voodoo" with each button representing one of those words or a syllable of the words.

My holy grails uh...

~A Medievil 1 prototype with the cut dragon chase level (or any other cut level would also do it, the dragon level would be just the most intresting one for me)
~The prototype of the earliest shown version of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl (or earlier)
~ Any Tes IV: Oblivion related prototypes
~Final Fantasy Versus XIII (I can dream big, can't I?)
~Sacred Gold/Underworld prototypes
~Gothic 1-2 Prototypes

 

Any pre-final version of Super Mario Bros 3. The grasslands parabeetle level and different World 1 map on the back of certain versions of the US box intrigued the hell out of me when I was a kid (and they still do).

 

Not sure how that made it to the box, it confused the hell out of me too. Where is this level!? So much time wasted trying to access new "secret" parts of the world maps, lol.

 

Any unreleased builds of Silent Hill 1-3.

 

Any prototype build of any of the original trilogy Spyro games tbh, especially Spyro 3. I know some non-demo prototypes exist, though they're almost totally unheard of with the exception of LXShadow's beta.

 

8x linked Daytona USA Arcade sit-down cabinets. And a house large enough for them to fit!

 

I think the biggest grail in gaming would be the original Sonic The Hedgehog 1 beta version.

Personally I would rather see Dragon Hopper for Virtual Boy.

 

The E3 1998 Nintendo press assets disc. I know it's out there somewhere. Has Link silkscreened on it.

 

Daytona USA CCE Netlink on Saturn US.

 

One thing that I'd LOVE to have leak is a Sims 2 "pre-fire" build circa 2003. The game looked different, and the amount of cut things is astounding. I'm crossing my fingers, hoping a build finds it's way online someday, yet I have my doubts.

 

Probably more Manhunt 2 builds, lots of cut content even in the leaked beta.

 

Any lost Virtual Boy game.

 

P.N.03 early build with guns instead of the palm shot and the different game mechanics.

 

Any Sonic 1/2/3 source code. Just a tiny snippet.

 

I'd love to see HoMM3 DC surface. I know copies are floating around, but I don't think anyone has ripped it yet.

 

You're kidding, right? You know these games have had disassemblies forever now?

 

I am amazed of what some collectors could get over the years... geez! Insane!

As a console collector I don`t have holy grail games.. just hardware.
- GBA SP of Rockstar (5 made)
- *New* Nintendo DS LL Puzzles and Dragons International Championships (4 made)
- Xbox One of Rare Replay (3 made)
- Both white/purple - clear first Gamecube Prototype controllers (?? made)
- Nintendo 64 ANA with shipping box (3 known)
- Nintendo DS Advance War presskit (with system) (50 made)
