Hopefull if today goes well i won't be calling myself a just student for much longer and then i can say i'm a sales advisor which isn't the greatest but it beats what i do now which is almost nothing apart from little college work i rarely have.
lol, that's quite a title! Blockbuster is my night job and supports my gaming/collecting hobby. While during the day I'm a paraeducator at an elementary school, which pays the bills.
Im a Artist for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe Liverpool.. (Studio Liverpool) Currently working on WipeoutHD (Ships!) After spending FAR to much time on F1 (cars!)
I used to have a job with Blockbusters a few years back when I actually had three jobs. That was back when I was supporting the financing the renovation of a house, my young family (only had one child at the time) and the bills. It was actually great fun. The two guys I worked beside were a right laugh and as the store was quite quiet I actually got to watch a shed load of films. That is where I discovered the likes of 'Clerks' and 'Things to do in Denver when you are dead". You and I both teach ;-)
Well i am currently going through a career change, i did setup my own business but after nearly 12 months im packing it in due to a huge amount of burocracy and red tape So now i have a few options open to me 1) Carry on at home as a fulltime dad 2) Become a amature pornstar / director 3) Go back to uni and study something (yet another useless degree under my belt!) 4) Go out into the real world and get a job 5) See option 2.
I have a bachelors in English from UCCS, but that has not gotten me anywhere,....so I work for a contractor at the USAFA unloading freight.
I thought I'd not seen your name popping up terribly often recently. Hope all is well and can't wait to hear what you are up to.
Yeah, I really enjoy working at Blockbuster. It's a lot of fun. I also really enjoy teach. I'm thinking about going back to school in the fall and finishing up my degree then maybe going to teach overseas somewhere... who knows... not me, that's for sure.
