xbox360 ?? Here it is...

Um 3.2ghz or even 3?

Hmm am I the only one who find it unlikely that it will have a 3 core PowerPC CPU running at 3.2ghz? If IBM can't crank them up that fast for Apple what makes anyone think they can do the same for Microsoft let alone put 3 cores of that speed onto a single CPU package? Dev kits have been spotted and strangely enough they look a lot like G5's and I don't know of any g5's that even come close to matching the supposed Xbox 360 specs . And what about the graphics chipset? It's supposed to based on ATI's upcoming "FUDO" chip which should kick some major ass but anyone want to hazard a guess at the cost of all this tech? Microsoft will be selling at a HUGE loss if they price it at the $350 us range...

 

compatible if you use the hdd add on for it, still im kinda excited about this thing, granted we have yet to see revoloution and ps3, but as far as i see it, im not too excited about ps3 for some reason, revoloution seems more curiosity, such as the case was with ds.

 

- It will be released in europe 7 days after USA
- December release in Japan
- Its released in less than six months
- 10-16 titles at the release. at least 40 after half a year
- Release games: Perfect Dark Zero, PGR3 and Kameo
- No price is official, and it seems like they wont release any details about that until oktober
- The Xbox Silver thingy is correct, it will be there, and free.
- You will be able to transfer stuff from an ipod.
- You will see TV thru your Xbox.
- It can stand up and lie down.
- When you watch DVD, some stuff in the console will automaticly shut down - so its more quiet.

F***. I dont believe them on PDZ & Kameo. Kameo was supost to be out for xbox this summer. They're gonna want to update it even more if porting to xbox360. Man i'll be in my 40 before this game ever gets out (and im only 22 now).

Apparantly the 'Dead or Alive 4 screenshots' which have been floating around aren't real. I've been told they are leaked old testscreens, with old character models functioning as placeholders, running in high resolution to test gameplay and leveldesign. They are _not_ coming from Tecmo and were _not_ leaked intentionally.

Might be some early Dead or Alive 4 leveldesigns you are seeing, but none of it is 'Dead or Alive 4' footage. Just in advance.

IMO:

Playstation (2 or 1) controllers are the 2nd best for fighting games, tailing behind DC. Haven't played any fighting games on the GC (besides Soul Calibur II) so I can't really say. The controller S is like a fatter PS2 controller for fighting games. Doesn't bother me at all playing GGX2#R with it (but a little sore while playing SVC). You guys must not hold them right.....

 

the thing is that a good fighter pad needs 6 frontal buttons. What about the genesis 6-button pad? so much confortable!

anyway, returning on topic: Nothing really impressed me, to date, in the next generation.
