I think it looks pretty neat. The very first time a console has been released where it hasn't crippled it's self with miniscule amount of RAM.

Cool design too, if a bit iMac *bleh*. I love the huge power button, really nice idea. I'm not a big fan of wireless pads. I hate batteries.

DVD burner????? Guh? Good idea though, I suppose. Weird though.

I will prob get the 'enhanced' version at launch, with the hdd for backwards compatibility. Hopefully the first gen systems won't burst into flames but I will expect some issues at launch.

Hehe, that would rock. I would prefer an Ultraman skin. :smt045

Mmm, Windows Media Center is so yummy. Hehe!

Well, it's not what I was expecting but I'll likely buy one at some point.
Oh yes, I'll go for the full featured version with the hd and all.

yes, it should be possible. the 360 will use the same live service/servers as the xbox does (with updates for new features of course). and there was a survey on XBL a while back asking something about playing xbox games on live using the new xbox. this is a sure sign that MS is planning to go ahead with it.

It doesn't look that bad to me. Am I the only one who noticed what appears to be rubber feet on the side? Would that mean you can sit the thing down without it looking too wierd/sliding all over the place?

Leaked Xbox 360 specs and Xbox Live details?

These could be completely fake, but TeamXbox posted and then quickly pulled some semi-plausible specs for the new Xbox 360, as well as some details about Xbox Live. The part about it having a 20GB detachable hard drive seems a little sketch, since we’d heard something about it being a 40GB drive, but the rest of it seems to make sense. You have exactly 77 hours to argue over whether or not these are for real.

    [Thanks, Joe]
