Yeah the Xbox One you have I wouldn't play either, . I will take a pic and upload Major Nelson's gamer tag profile on my console to show the badge here when I get near my console.

 

Nice Xbox surgeon LT Xbox one. I still stand corrected about that controller being sexy. Next step put it in a nice place and take a Xbox family pic with all launch consoles. Thanks for uploading the pic nice to see the controller box and swag.

I actually don't even want to display it either because I would be afraid it would turn yellow. Maybe not all of it because some is gloss and some isn't but any yellow is bad. Same reason I don't display my 2nd Anniversary Xbox. =(

Ah I see, that is pretty much the exact same thing. I wonder if patches exist for those other ones next to it?

 

I don't think so, but I am not certain. The new "patch" look is new as of the Xbox One. They look totally different on Xbox 360 for Launch Team members and MS Employees.

 

Nothing too big but an nice grab given the price on this beauty. Seller tells me barely used, came from a failed game development group he had belonged to. This was a parting gift to him after their subsequent bankruptcy. Minty clean Xenon Development Kit. Recovery 2241. Came with boxed PSU and multiple sets of av and network cables. Kit is unopened, spins discs with ease, sidecar is firmly atop the kit.

I'm sure you would know more than me Xboxsurgeon, but doesn't the xbox only get that circle mark around the "O" in xbox if it has seen quite a fair bit of use(although it is a xenon so it would likely develop it faster than others).......still a great item, just wondering if "barely used" would be the correct term

 

It tends to happen to hot running consoles but I am going off what the seller tells me.

 

Yeah I know, As I said it's still a great item, I'm not all that clued up on how long it takes to appear, could even be that it shows up faster on the black case, as you said it's down to heat, and the xenons produce quite a bit of heat so it to be expected really

 

what is your favorite one,,,if you had to chose from your 360s?

Probably my Corona Slim or my XNA. I like them all so much, but my XNA would probably beat my Corona on the scale of favourites. It's a narrow match between the two. I have just rebuilt that XNA from a partially destroyed kit so my blood, sweat, tears and cash went into that one vs the corona which was pure luck on ebay.

But if it came down to it, I would sell them all off and keep my XNA, Corona with sidecar, my XeDK and my Halo 3 Kit. Just those four to ride out the apocalypse.

 

Okay, so I received all my items today and took group pics. Smaller 5 glossy devices are believed to be Xbox One Kinect prototypes while the larger one in the middle is well recognized as Project Natal, Xbox 360 Kinect prototype. It's possible the 5 are earlier Project Natal prototypes, but due to insides of one and camera improvement from the 360 Natal, it is more probable these are for Xbox One or even possibly an unreleased revision of the 360 Kinect.
