Thanks, but no adequate source for the numbers has been given on the cited page. It's not that I doubt it. I'd just like to have a proof. Anyone else has one? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks. But they say: "The green version is thought to number at about 500." There is no Japanese page I know of which tells me a correct number for the green version. You say 300 because of the post on a message board you quoted earlier. The above page cited by you says 500. What's the conclusion here? Maybe someone has old Japanese magazines and can provide a scan of the original competition ad? This would be great. Anyway, thanks for your effort get-etc.
So someone who know exactly about number of this item, please tell me. I'll inform the correct number in description. Thank you very much.
A new fake has surfaced on YAJ. http://page18.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/w78046288 Somebody made an offer of 150 K but thanks to the reserve price the transaction has not be done. The seller claims 1 millions for it. Still doesn't have any sketch or telephonic card , in these conditions it is also easy to doubt about the letter's authenticity. Of course Nakano's Mandarake still own theirs. Bid with caution
The link still works I think. But here is another to all items: http://openuser.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/user/mechayasuii?alocale=0jp&mode=1
