It's not as wet as it looks really. The bit of rain drops streaked since it was in the back of the truck hah. It was a light sprinkle. It's thick, heavy metal, it'll dry fine Helped knock off some of the dust, it was good for it.
Nice! Not sure which TV the US ver2 Kiosks had. Most likely Panasonic though, the badges for the black TVs were custom made, but the TV for the ver1 kiosk had a 3D sticker printed. I guess it also came with the audio spitter? Otherwise you won't be able to use the built-in sound system. When mine was delivered it was raining too, why does the weather hate them?
Well I hope so man, if the remote to the TV is there too it's a pretty big score. Apparently those go missing the most.
New item day. "DVT 1" configuration Xbox prototype console. Further evidence (as though we doubted it) of the Xboxes being for internal use: And just to show the difference:
A better idea of the collection (still not everything of course, but closer hah) Games: Prototypes at the top, orange Xbox is my painted modded one that Ive had since 2002, smoke Xbox, Kasumi blue, one standard black is a refurb unit, one is a Japanese unit, and another is the prototype "Live Enabled" one. 4 standard debugs (one without the text), two DVT3s, two DVT4s, a black debug, the prototype debug from last page, beta live kits, plus the alpha kit just sneaking in on the bottom of the picture. Can also see a certain 360, Gamecube, and PS2 dev units that were below the previous picture.
Super jelly of the clear development kits. I have a stress test, well like 10, 360's too. Nice brown Gamecube, I have the aqua one. I also love the Hammerhead sitting there with the cardboard around the sticks, very nice.
So I decided to pick up my wife from work so we could grab lunch. Of course, there is a game store in the mall, so I had to stop. Fairly normal trip all things considered, grabbed a few games I needed/wanted to replace poor condition ones in the collection. So I walk up to the register, and get in line to checkout when something catches my eyes. I figure it is a nice green controller S, or a Dreamcast controller, both of which would have been okay. But then I look. ! And the price! They just used a standard black controller label. Pretty darn excited to say the least. No console in sight, but it gives me more reason to track it down.
Very nice find! =) Normally that would have been a high price for a Duke. Haha. Now with two green Dukes you just need a loose Launch Team console.
Yeah hah, but for a local store I sort-of understand. Time to track down a launch team that doesnt want to go for insane prices.
Well, unless you can find one at that store getting one for a decent price now might be difficult. Oh and you bought games too! lol Did you buy the microphone for Music Mixer?
