Dating in Japan: the reality.

This was an interesting read, I was surprised as to why Aussie guys are on the bottom of the ladder. Being an Australian (born in New Zealand but don't tell the Aussies lol) I was stunned, I then reflected upon a lot of my mates and it all became so clear to me......

 

What do you mean? Having a not too obvious aussie accent myself, I have not noticed that.

Besides, Barbie's new boyfriend is Aussie. :nod:

 

A lot of my mates (god bless 'em) are pretty vulgar lol. Favourite saying (even in front of the ladies) is "farkin' carnt". I could just imagine that going down well in front of a group of Japanese ladies.

Also when you have "genius's" like this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=anwvbjgDric living here, it makes one be ashamed even being in the same country. But note that guy is pretty much an exception to the rule, we aren't THAT bad.

But having said that I have a young mate that went to Japan not to long ago with a group of his mates. One of his friends "hooked up" with a Japanese girl. Unfortunately he fell head over heels and went back to see her but she just fobbed him off.
