Any one who "just wants to marry a white guy" is out for a visa/green card -- she may fuck and suck you for a while, but when she has the docs, expect a miserable existence. If you are well to do, even more reason to find your own.

That's the same with all cultures though, be the women Thai, Vietnamese, Russian, Czech etc. I was just curious as you seemed to imply in an earlier post that they were especially odd/mental. A friend of mine imported a Russian some years back and they're both really happy but for every success there will always be countless horror stories of opportunists.

What's the difference between importing a bride and buying one locally? They might not be video games but they're still people. And people can still have their own value (in terms of dollars) and be bought. You seem to be asserting that people should not be treated as objects. I think reality is different. People ARE objects.

For example, suppose you are an average guy with an average income and you're looking for a wife. Which is cheaper: a Vietnamese gold-digging wife or a Japanese one? The point I am making here is that since Vietnam is not considered a rich country (to the level of Japan), Vietnamese people (or wives) are cheaper than Japanese ones because they demand less or they are quicker to be impressed by your wealth. Of course, it depends on individual circumstances (poor ugly looking Japanese women are cheaper than rich, good looking Vietnamese ones). On average though, Vietnamese are cheaper than Japanese.

Another example: suppose you are a decent man but had the misfortune of living in poverty, having a low income, living in a bad neighborhood, not particularly handsome and generally, being a lower class citizen and will probably be stuck being a lower class citizen due to factors outside your control.

Suppose you are interested in a girl. This girl was born in a rich family, high social status, goes to a prestigious university and very attractive.

Suppose you ask her if she wanted to go have a coffee with you.

Suppose she knows of your background and history.

She will respond by hitting your face with her handbag (she doesn't want her hands to be tainted by the touch of your face), spitting on you, and shouting: 'You fucking lower class scum, get the fuck out of my face before I call the police!'

After reading all that, you must be wondering, what point am I trying to make? Simple: Most people date or marry someone who is of equal status to them. Contrary to the faulty reality created by Disney, modern day princesses will never marry a humble farmer, that's for sure.

Employers of unskilled labor around the world would disagree with you (secretly). Unskilled laborers have a certain value (low) and once the benefits of unskilled laborers outweigh the costs, then they are made redundant. Employers aren't going to hire employees just for fun or for their wellbeing. These employees are simply tools, objects as part of the employer's goals (profit). We may not call employees 'objects', but they are treated as such.

As far as dating is concerned, this thread has already mentioned female gold-diggers. Gold-diggers treat their male partners as objects, the males are their to serve a purpose: financial stability. Likewise, males treat the gold-diggers as objects: the female's job is to look good and to provide a hole to fuck.

We are all people. People are fleshy objects that to be used and abused.

 

Because there are people who live like that doesn't justify them. Bricks have also holes, why don't they buy a brick to do their job, easy and cheap.

 

I think you misunderstand me. I'm not trying to justify anything. I'm simply stating things for what they are and that they exist (objectification, exploitation, etc) and will continue to exist.

FIRST: Take derekb's comment in context. It's the very end of a short dialog between he and I, and is definitely no worse than things I've posted all over the internet, with my stigma attached to it.

SECOND: Don't kill the messenger. Maybe Invisible Sky Magician's words weren't sugar-coated (and maybe a little blunt for a new comer) but let's face it, many people are married for money, convenience, or both all the fucking time. We just don't label them b/c it's easier not to. You think Trump would have a hottie wife with that growth on his head (and asshole demeanor) if he wasn't minted beyond belief? Fuck no. It is a long-term prostitution transaction. As it's drawn out longer, it's not specified as such.

Some people are in a shitty situation geographically/economically. Some people people are often dealt an awful deck of cards romantically. Some people just live in a country where there are so many men, getting a woman is hard. [OT, I hear this is an issue in South Korea]. As long as there's no abuse present, who fucking cares what two consenting adults do? They could be (and hopefully are) bettering each others lives.
