Any chance of putting the screen in the GBC?

Also, I don't remember the GBC screen being bad at all. The GBA screen is a bit hard to deal with, but for the GBC I remember great times with Pokémon Blue and no issues... Maybe kids don't care...

The price is very good. Works out to be only 2000 odd yen which to me is very cheap. The guy is also trying to sell me a GB Micro. He only has one. It looks legit but since I have one I have no use for it.

 

I have a GB Boy Pocket - plastic feels ok. the Dpad could be worse.

Mine is a GB Pocket clone. I saw no dead pixels - i'm out of town so i can't check ATM

 

I'll do a video review of mine when it arrives. The seller seems an Ok guy and the item is cheap so it is worth getting one. Even if it is complete turd it is a nice oddity. For some reason the seller seems to think it can play 8 bit and 16 bit games. I'm not sure what is meant by that.

I'm interested, but is it just me. Or does the aspect ratio of that screen look stretched/wrong compared to the real thing?

If it's the correct aspect ratio, it'd be awesome if could transplant the LCD into a GBColor(Even though i've read that the Ribbon to the PCB is different. I'm sure someone could figure something out)

 

For 20 bucks it's not a big investment , let us know.

I like them personally they look pretty nice for a clone well at least it has a backlight built-in unlike "Nintendo" that couldn't achieve the possible i had to use an accessory at the time smh. Only if Nintendo released a second revision which includes it i'll be happy!
