Anywhere in the world which isn't England is interesting or exotic in my book, anyway here's a few photos (of varying quality..all taken with a phone) from my area, some North Dorset some South...enjoy!
Some more great pictures! I should have take some of the massive black cloud from a chemical explosion/fire yesterday afternoon and the gridlock it created in front of our store.
You saw it too? I was pretty far away but I could still see it off in the horizon. Like crop field burning, except much worse.
I'm about 10 minutes from there, thank goodness the wind was blowing straight West. At first I thought it was a small fire in NKC (where I'm at), but then heard it was over by the Isle of Capri. Here's a picture from USA today taken from south of downtown.
Ahhh... I love BC! I wish I never left Washington. It was such a short trip up there. Here's a shot of a local park that flooded a few weeks ago. That park is about 1/4 mile long and nearly all of it was under water for a week. The green grass is brown now, like the might Mo.
I had to go to the city center by train today so here's a shot of my local Train Station. No too high tech is it  Actually it's pretty cool because if you come home after 9pm there's NEVER any staff so you can get home for the cheapest possible fair  And here we go with the main street of the City Center. Not too exciting I admit but it this picture was taken on Sunday afternoon around 3:30. Yakumo
There's not much to see, so here goes: Our driveway down to the road and a good peripheral shot of our pond A good shot of the house In this shot I tried to get a good view of our property that stretches behind our house, but because of how hilly the land is, our property line goes beyond what is seen in the picture.
Our local area This was a view down the top end of the street, until we moved. Still fairly local, but not quite so crowded Not a bad place to live. It has a history stretching back to 80AD, yep 1927yrs approximately when the locals traded with the Romans. If you want to find out more about this city, look here: http://www.glasgow.gov.uk/ Woke up one morning 2 years ago and lo and behold, we had snow. It was amazing to see as despite living in the UK, we don't see that much snow these days. A winters evening in the local park.
KC? Would that be Kansas City? You're in Missouri right? I'm in Arkansas, so it doesn't really surprise me as areas of the two states look pretty much the same. I remember the last time I went to Branson I couldn't tell the difference when I was leaving Arkansas and entering Missouri since everything looked the same.
Ah, no wonder. Kansas City it is. The bottom and top of the state have more hills than KC area. I like the Ozarks the best. It's too bad I can't make a living at the Lake of the Ozarks, or I'd move there in a heartbeat.
I need to get a few pics of Tolouse before I leave as some of its nice. JUst cant be bothered driving into town as uts a right bitch
Here is Kansas Speedway yesterday when my stepdad did the Richard Petty driving experience. Grandstand (no stitching program sorry) Some of the cars I didn't get much with my camera, but took a ton with his. It's too bad he will not keep most of them. I did get a short video of his ride along leaving the pit area. Nothing too great though.:-(
Seattle I live in Seattle right now and I'm just finishing up my first year at Seattle Pacific University. Here's a pic I took from Kerry Park on Queen Anne last winter. Here's another park nearby called GasWorks (with a little bit of photo enhancements :icon_bigg) Ah...the city I love... I love it here...
mmm those things are a blast to drive, had a go at 'em in Lowes motorspeedway (North Carolina) a few years back ...I love how those cars are totally incorrect for that track/or racing at all lol
