yea they are a bit pricy, it depends on the track though, like bristol i think you get like 15 laps, but the track is also smaller than Kansas, still it's something you don't get to do every day

got surgery in afew hours, cant sleep so i took two shots from my balcony using the nightoption on my camera, turned out allright, the greenish hue is actualy how it looks (very dark and lots of trees).





i live in gothemburg which is on the other side (west coast) of sweden from all the other pics in this thread.
maybe some day ill go take som shots of the arcipelago (spelling?) of gothemburg, VERY beautiful.. :love:

cheers man, its only knee surgery (crashed waaaay to many bikes ) but its been ongoing for about 3 years now, this will hopefully be the final treatment.

heres another nightfall picture, not of my home but from my vacation in sapporo, japan, love the colours and the contrast in scenery.
also taken with the nightoption in my camera (basically very long shutter time)

 

I just have a little Sony Cybershot and the best way to take night shots is to just set the camera on a solid surface and turn on the self timer to take the picture. You gotta keep the camera real still when there isn't a lot of light.

Only found that one close to Nordstan that sells older games, but they never really have anything intressting for sale

 

well theres not much really, EBgames in the basement of nordstan has a small selection of PSX titles, you can score a good deal there.

mynt & musik out by stigbergstorget has alot of nes, snes, md and old 2nd hand stuff, most of it is loose and somewhat pricey (not as bad as that p.o.s store you mentioned tho, i actually think that store is somekind of moneylaunder front)

best bet is kaptenkrok on backaplan, hisingen, check out their site www.kaptenkrok.se for directions and a good idea of what they sell..

my surgery got postponed a month, OH: swedish healthcare really is amongst the shittiest in the world, next time i need an operation im going to denmark or germany!

 

I once tried walking to kaptenkrok from the Nils Ericsonterminalen but got totaly lost xD
I think I was pretty close, but I noticed that the clock was well over closing time.. so I had to try to find back to the terminal again ^_^

Luckly I have never really been in any real need of visiting a hospital so I havn't experienced the shittiness.
Thought I do know how crappy it is with dentists. NEVER miss an appointment with them. :-(

 

Can you smoke weed or drink outside anywhere? I was under the impression all smoking had to be done in designated, licensed bars. Here in Japan, you can drink anywhere... total opposite of alcohol/nudity paranoid US of A. no smoking though, of course... although I did smell someone smoking a J in Shinjuku last week.

 

Officially you are not allowed to smoke weed outside, but they 'tolerate' this in most places and people getting caught only got warnings.. but because of complaints of youth hanging around public places getting high and bothering people they added this rule to shopping area's/squares now so they can officially hand out fines for it - before they were unable to do this due to mazes in the law or something..

Anyway FYI nothing changed the youth is still there smoking their eyes out and bothering people.. the only thing that sign brought was people stealing it constantly because it's a cool thing to have so now the goverment decided to sell the signs online hoping people would not steal them anymore but this being Amsterdam and all it didnt really work (except for large orders coming from the US..... ;-)
