    I d be cautious when using numbers that come from microsoft.

    companies tend to play around with accounts and numbers (I m learning how to do this as we speak actually) just to give a favourable impression to investors.

    Regardless of whether this is coming from MS or not, Halo 3 has been more than a rejuvinating shot in the arm for the 360.

    Yeah, I'd say having nearly everybody on my friends list online playing Halo 3, and having at least 4 people I know buy the system for the game isn't a twisted number, at least.
