Japanese wife.

This particular section of the board is for discussing Japan, including but not limited to collecting, living and the culture. This thread is in regards to the latter, also not everybody is interested, or has information to share about prototype games, hence why they wont post. Don't go to the off topic section, you might have a heart attack when you see the unrelated to prototype games and frankly random nature of that section.

I agree. How very odd that we should discuss Japanese wives in the Japan section of the forums. Bizarre!

Anyway I dated a Japanese girl once. It was alright for a few weeks until she asked about my family. I explained about how I grew up poor and that was that.

 

This isn't just a Japanese thing. I had a Chinese gf for a while who honest to God at one point asked me if I was ok with her managing all our finances in the future. To the point that I would have to ask her for money every time I would want to buy anything actually worth buying (over a few hundred dollars basically). Her arguments for why this was a good idea? It worked for her parents.. Lol. My current Japanese gf isn't like that, luckily. Doesn't mean it won't pop up in the future haha.

 

You should be thankful that she so blatantly showed her crazy early on. Eventually she will wise up and shut up and some poor bastard will be screwed.

Hehe not as early on as I would've liked. The amounts of money that went into that one in retrospect.. Much better with my current Japanese one actually, she always whips out her wallet and insists on at least going half on everything.
