Going around bragging she was going to be my "bonnet bunny" at audio comp's. First i heard of it was from my sister.

 

Weird, what would she get out of doing that for? Doesn't make sense to me...

 

What the fuck is a bonnet bunny?

 

Just a girl who chooses her men by their cars and then spends the rest of their time bragging about their boyfriends car to everyone else, they are called bonnet bunnies because of the amount of time they spend posing on the cars bonnet (hood) in a supermarket car park.

I think this is just stereotyping. A lot of people are normally jerks/assholes and other bad things. I guess it just manifests differently in their culture.

I guess it reflects on the idea that people are judged by their worst example, seems like no nationality, skin color and stuff are immune to it.

As my experience of being from a Chinese parents this is what they told me.

Both of my parents ancestors are from China, coming from the time of Cultural Revolution and Communism there a lot of people left China, and ran away to the neighboring countries such as Hong Kong or the Philippines (Mabuhay!) .

Anyway being an immigrant will usually expose you immediately to mockery (If you're poor) or envy (If you get rich) . So seeing culture shock, discrimination and being poor will usually make that person think of money as the primary solution to that. At least I'm getting to see where they are coming from. Also if I remember Japan got owned after World War II, the nuclear bombs hit so a lot of people probably lost everything, perhaps an another contributing factor. This could also snowball to an idea that kids mean more expense, and thus the lowering of birth rate.

I mean there's even posters or articles that say an inverse pattern regarding money and children. A poorer family, more kids, the richer the family, the less kids.

There's also the thought that "love" cannot be eaten. (In a literal sense) . So I think even in places in Japan they know the concept of "love" the problem is, fiction and real life are too much at odds?

 

Google "Japan Sexless Marriage". Stereotype or not, it is based on a rather saddening statistic.

This seems like a great place to put it. Definitely not only the wife, but more often than not it is. As much of a dickbag as I come off to be, I really blame Japanese culture for all of it. Women are taught that they run the house. Men are taught to follow orders. The rest just happens (including the bullshit above) and the government does absolutely fuck all. I do think the sexless numbers would change if the city wasn't rife with pay for pussy options.
