Marty TC Station. Bascially a Marty set that kinda turns the Marty back into an FM Towns.

Only complete boxed example I have ever seen is on my shelf! (With the second most complete example I have seen on the another shelf of mine... :) )

Nah, my bird's away for Christmas so no meaningful 'head' swelling for a few days sadly.

My offer didn't include shipping and he was in the same country. -_-

That summed up my thought at the time. Haha.

That's just plain stupidity. Think of it this way... He cheated himself.

    I'd sell my soul for a Kasumi-Chan System. :/

Have any units of the Nintendo Advanced Video System ever been floating about? I imagine it would be worth a hefty price to collectors were units to exist in the wild.

I'm sure the resident evil dreamcast systems sell for serious money.

There are 1800 Claire Dreamcasts and 200 STARS Dreamcasts. From the top of my head, I can think of plenty of systems that sold fewer times than both of theses consoles... they're just expensive and sought after because of the many Biohazard fans and Dreamcast collectors, but far from being the rarest systems out there. Even in the Dreamcast universe there are way rarer models than the STARS console.

RDI Halcyon was a laserdisc game system. Like a Pioneer Laser Active but much earlier. I believe there was only one or two final laserdisc games even produced for it. The system did launch in a sense but was extremely cost prohibitive. It featured also a headset that you talked into to speak commands that it would recognize. The creators hyped it to be "like Hal 9000" which was of course ridiculous.

At some point it stops being the "rarest" system and becomes "rarest system to ever be made the rarest by the deliberate fact we only made one of them and then said "fuck it all, let's go to the pub for a pint"".

M2s were never mass produced and thus are a rarity for their own sake; putting aside the arcade boards. Dreamcasts were made by the million and thus only variations of it are rare. Stars Dreamcast anything other than cosmetically different? No? Move on. Sure for collections sake they are damned rare but in terms of actual system...eh. Why don't I piss on the two Intellivison consoles in front of me. They're the only two I've ever pissed on making them quite rare! Starting the bidding at $10.

How about consoles that never went further than some rough block diagrams on a napkin at Denny's?
