He'd have to fly 500 miles to get here though. He lives in Tokyo :)

Just a heads up to let everyone know that the downloads are ready - http://www.archive.org/details/Retro_Core_Volume_30 It's a little late but at least I got it out on the right date :)

There's a nice video viewer now on he download page. It's still in the beta stages however so it may not always work plus the quality is no where near as good as the download show. It's just for previewing purposes.

Just watched the entire show. Man i'd forgotten how good F-zero for the cube was i should get a copy to play on my Wii. Also the arcade footage you filmed was great as always, just out of curiousity though, you said at the end you where spotted with the cam. Now what happens if they catch you filming with a cam in a store/arcade in japan ?

I think his cam would be busted as a small thing, and something worse would maybe be. That his cam, was crushed, and then you could say bye bye to all lovely great camwork from him for quite a while. Or maybe even a lawsuit in the worst case scenario.

Yeah, F-Zero GX is a fantastic game. I had never played any Cube Games to a great deal so I was really impressed by the amount of high quality stuff onit. or in my case on the Wii since that's what I playthem on. To me the Cube stuff looks better than anything onthe PS2 or XBOX. Just a shame it did a Dreamcast.

They'll try to give me this big talk on why you can't film (Since I've been told before) They may in an extreme case call the manager but it's not likely. I think it's best to just get out of there if I'm spotted because I can't be bothered listening to them rabbit on about the do's and don'ts.

Yeah, it was downloaded 110 times in only a few hours ! Try again today, it should be ok.

Yakumo, PLEASE play Chibi Robo, I know you ll love it. It was my Banjo-Kazooie of this generation of sorts (the gameplay isnt anything like banjo mind you, but it ranks as my top platformer this generation)

Secrets is an anagram for ssrctee, which is Spanish for vagina. Are you trying to tell us that Yakumo is keeping vaginas from us?

By the way, I always look forward to your work Yakumo. Keep up the good job.

I certainly hope Karous isn't the final Dreamcast game we ever see as well. Not that it's a bad game, but I'd really love to see one final spectacular showing from the Dreamcast, before it's planted 6 feet under... :`(

Thats again a great selection of games, I'm really looking forward to see the mobile versions of Raizing shooters - and Karous/THE of course, which I couldn't afford yet :(

Will the Cave-shooters run on your mobile phone? I'd really like to see how Progear, DDP DOJ and stuff looks on a mobile since I watched some screenshots on the flyers included with the PS2-ports.

PS: The cover, "Thirity One". ^^

 cool. I was hoping that it wouldn't cause offence. It is meant as a joke and actually very funny if not taken seriously.

They will if they have been programmed for it. Japanese phones can't run emulators or more like none have been made for them due to the file and loading system being nothing like western phones. Psyvariar R (special version) by Success on the mobile is F*ing amazing ! loads on screen complete with scailing, rotation and pumping audio complete with speech. Then you look at the shite Razzing/8ing came out with  Layer Section was released a month or so back in 4 parts ! I'm expecting that to be something special since they had to split it in to 4 parts. Bit like R-Type on the PC Engine.

WOW, that was my first impression of the show :)

About the Sonic game you mentioned on a Nokia phone , I once had it (plus some other games) on my Ngage, but I decided to have them all removed(long ago), since as you said they sucked. But the Ngage can run a Megadrive emulator quite ok, so it is no loss. When you can run Sonic The Hedgehog megadrive version through the emulator.

To the Robocop game, what a sucky one, it reminded me of the old Robocop 3 game to Amiga, and damn how sucky was that too.

Heck, they could have made the Robocop game extremely awesome, if they choose to make a 3D action adventure out of it instead. And not choosing some OCP chief lookalike police chief. And putting the Original Black police chief in instead, or for that matter used the first cartoon with Robocop as an inspiration, and put in some film qoutes in the game. But an FPS ?

What a load of Bollocks, if they had borrowed the old Tomb Raider source code, then they could have used it perfectly (and let the graphic chips run the graphics). Then it would been a smashing experince, and used some open source FPS engine , if you wanted to feel a bit like robocop (and probably better than that piece of shite we saw). Damn I feel your dissapointment all the way. And yes where was the fucking main theme from the movie ?

Heck the game would even have been awesome, if they had taken some of the episodes of the first
cartoon as levels in that game.

So I agree , Robocop on gamecube could have been alot better.
The rest of the show was smashing all the way :)

Yeah, Robopcop on the Game Cube or the PS2 as well are a really let down. It could have been so much better than what it was. Where's the Car Chase? Where are all the cast from the movie? Maybe they couldn't get the license but I thought that if you had the Robocop name then surely you'd get everything that comes with it.
