The game is 「魔天伝説戦慄のオーパーツ~」, "Maten Densetsu: Senritsu no Opatsu".

The images below that don't say that much.

Top to bottom, left to right: Program Mask Rom 8M, Data Backup Memory, Data 信号(?)C (data signal controller/processor?), Data Mask Rom 32M

They're all Kanji except the one in the lower-right hand corner, which is a Hiragana.

Maybe I'm being dense, but I'm not quite sure what you are asking here - the actual characters are pretty much all kanji, although the font is quite stylized and some of the compounds are ones I'm not familiar with - but this might not mean much, since my Japanese is quite poor.

If you want the literal meaning of the text, the "Story" mode option says "真・爆裂闘士列伝" (shin bakuretsu toushi retsuden) - which translates as something like "True series of biographies of the exploding warriors" - the "Arcade" text is â€￾爆熱遊戯中心â€￾ (bakunetsu yuugi chuushin) - the "yuugi chuushin" bit is "game centre" (like "arcade"), and the "bakunetsu" bit isn't really a word, but two characters that mean "exploding" and "hot".

The remaining two options appear to be settings (選?設定) - I can't read the second character, it looks like it might be "戯", but that doesn't seem to make any sense - and fighter portraits (using Toushi again) - 闘士画像 - although the last character might be wrong...

Pretty much what MasterOfPuppets said, I was mainly just after which style the Japanese was in. Didn't require much of a translation, just when I happen to be in story mode I want to know the dialogue. I'll be able to loosely translate it from there.
    Thanks guys :)

遊戯設定 (yuugi settei) - game settings.
Just the same two characters as the big ones, but harder to read :)

I really should have guessed that, but for some reason it just didn't occur to me. I think I need to get more Japanese practice, since I'm sure I used to be better at reading it than this :)

What's the game name under the MSPlatoon.com entry?
    It's for Wonderswan.

MSPlatoon.com and Final Fantasy 3 were cancelled for the system

The first part is "Digimon Tamers", there seems to be a subtitle, but it's to blurry to read.

I recently bought a promotional copy of the "Making of Biohazard 2 TV-CM" tape, and it came with two sheets of paper in Japanese. Link with scans:
    http://crimson-ceremony.net/lostreleases/item.php?id=reostv_vhs-jpn-tvcm-promo
Could somebody please tell me what the text is all about? I don't ask for a complete translation, just a quick summary, maybe it will tell exactly what the promo tape was used for.

For anybody interested, the Making of Bio 2 TV-CM video was also put on three other tapes:
    V-Jump tape: http://crimson-ceremony.net/lostreleases/item.php?id=reostv_vhs-jpn-tvcm-vjump
    Rental tape: http://crimson-ceremony.net/lostreleases/item.php?id=reostv_vhs-jpn-tvcm-rental

The first page says thanks for answering the questionaire, and explains some of the bonus items they made. The first is a book, which has some original sketches and a story. The 2nd is the video you have shown. The next page has a few words from a developer. Japanese is a wordy language... it's not all that exciting. :D
