Is there anyway to filter those shitty "digital delivery" auctions ?
For instance, I search for all items with "Sega" written in the description in, let's say, portugal and I get 5 auctions among 400 of those shitty ebooks which just pisses me off.
I tried to type stuff like: sega -"ebook" -"e-book" -"digital" but still get a lot of those shits.
    Any idea ?

well ebay doesn't do boolean searches, usually I use the catergories on the side of the screen to narrow things down best i can. I never really get ebooks only when I search macromedia or adobe. I can't see why youd get ebooks when searching sega

because I never use the categories, it's the best way to miss all the mislisted bargains (which represents half the stuff I buy on ebay, the other half being stuff listed in other countries which you also miss if you use the categories, as those might slightly vary from a country to another one)

You might want get rid of the quotes - I've found that something like the following usually works:
    sega -ebook -digital

Have you folks in Europe being subjected to their 'new, improved' search engine? They've been beta'ing it here & recently turned it on as default. Basically, I found it sucked & quickly went back to the previous version. I disliked it because it failed to find stuff that would previously show up, although it did seem to reduce the amount of 'false positives' - this last feature might actually be what you need!

If you kill "digital" you will kill some auctions that contain that word but may be related to what you're looking for.

    sega -(ebook,"e-book","digital delivery","digital item","converson software")

This will work a little better. Title & description.

Untested usually means broken, it would be a shame not to test it because boxed in that state and working he could get more then double the money and that's worth buying a step down on ebay for a few bucks.
So personally I am tempted but I dont trust it, with shipping included its an expensive brick :)
