GTA IV receives perfect 10 from IGN, Masterful

I dunno, I got bored of GTA after Vice City. Unless there are "revolutionary" changes to the core gameplay, then count me out.

 

Same, I probably shouldn't have bought it because it gets pretty boring unless I'm just not far enough into it. The multiplayer is absolutly hilarious though.

 

Have the XBOXers got their DLC YET? Hehe...

Hmm, I forgot about GTA 4. Whens it coming out on PC? I might get the 360 version, anyways. I just need some more money.

 

That's just it, the 360 was promised exclusive DL content and....it still isn't here yet? Most people are done playing it by now to care.

I think you miss the point of DL content. Its really not to cut things from the game to release it as an extra pack a month later. Its to develop new content after the game is released and you cant expect it to come out a few months later.

 

Well, they originally promised 2 downloadable short "episodes" for XBOX for August, then it was pushed to the November-January timeslot...now it's Feb? Good luck with that.

Yeah, you do sound like your bashing the fact that... it gets DLC at a later date? I don't get what the problem is. And...

I think no DLC at all is less likely to get people to care again.

Besides, theres way better games to play till Feb....in my eyes anyhow. GTA grew on me but I still don't get why it gets perfect scores. I can't say it's bad though.

 

Not a Sony fanboy, just tired of people who are so ANTI-Sony it makes them look like idiots. Sony isn't perfect by any means, but it seems the "cool" thing to do nowdays is to hate on them...it gets old. And I didn't even bring them up in this thread, I asked about the 360's DLC which seems to be going the way of Duke Nukem and it's a damn shame.

 

Honestly, I want a PS3, but Sony has so far, to me, not really done anything amazing to this gen. I didn't like the PS2 much because it kind of killed off the Dreamcast, but I love the PS1 and I can't say the PS2 was bad.

I think the hardcore Sony-ites are more annoying then any fanboy though...I think so anyway. I have a friend who seriously thinks they can do no wrong. He still never got a PS3 though, lol.

y opinion: each system has a reason to own it but I think that it's safe to say the 360 has more games for it. Opinions are opinions but mine is that the 360 has a lot more awesome stuff...but PS3 does have Uncharted.
