Rare JAPANESE saturn games. JPN only

OK here we go from a guy who visits game shops EVERY week for Saturn goods.

Langrisser Tribute - NOT RARE and NOT EXPENSIVE. I bought mine mint for 2800 yen in Manga Soko (Shimosone Kita Kyushu) and see them every now and then in shops for under 6000 yen.

Stella Assault - NOT RARE but EXPENSIVE. S.A. can be found on Yahoo Auctions quite a lot these days for about 8000 yen upwards. Mine cost 13000 factory sealed about 8 or so months ago. It's actually a very good game once you get in to it with later levels looking mighty impressive.

Panzer Dragoon 1 & 2 Double set - RARE but NOT EXPENSIVE. I've only seen this twice in shops with it being under 4000 yen each time. Why didn't I buy it you may ask, well good question. I should have really but being a dumb ass I bough other shite at the time.

One rare-ish item down where I live is the Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story The Blue Destiny set. I've only ever seen it once down here, which I bought. You can see it on my site if interested. Comes with 3 picture cards and an option Guide disc. Oh, also have the Rockman 10X models on my site

What about the Saturn Music School package with MIDI-adapter? Are those hard to come by?

Yeah the PD Boxset isn't that htf imo. Got a minter for less than £10 shipped on ebay last month.

 

Not at all. I have part 1 and if so wished could pick up part 2 tomorrow for 500 yen with the midi adaptor.

I played mine,and the game freezed when i was going to beat stage 5 boss (winged skeleton dinosaur), is it the same for you?

-Rox
-Waku Waku Monster
-Welcome House
-Keriotosse!
-Tennis Arena

It took me a good while to find any of these games.

 

I used to never see this, then I did. I got mine cheap as well. Scanned it, added it to gamengai, and sold it.

I got mine from a UK seller as well, mainly as a favor for plugging them on gamengai. They gave me a very fair price, but I will be a member of the "it's rare" camp. Never ever seen it in Akiba, and it doesn't show up on YJ that much. Until recently, I had "double pack" in my custom watchlist (that rarely fails). I guess it could've shown up as "PD I & II" and slipped by, but in my findings that's not the case.

EDIT: I never check ebay.

I remember I had bigger problem to find Hyper Duel than Stellar SS, Taromarou, D&D box set etc. some years ago so I guess it should be mentioned as well. Not sure it if´s "really" rare, but for instance I only find one on Ebay and none on YJ for the moment so I guess it is at least semi-rare;-) Fun shoooter!

 

Hyper Dual pops up at least twice a month on Yahoo but always cost about 15'000 yen :crying:

Woo hoo. Just scored a sealed Eyeful Home! That's rare for sure with a rumoured 50 copies pressed. Will go nicely with my new Delisoba and new Waltz.

Shame about the crack..but even so, a sealed Eyeful is fecking rare. Only one I've ever seen.

And 4? What...twats, or Eyefuls? (I can only see one other Eyeful..which has been up every week for months now lol)

 

nah, that's a different disc. I think I have that one as well. The Blue Destiny set includes all 3 games plus the bonus info disc. It also comes with cards of the 3 main game covers.
