Lookin' good! Already about half way there! Just wondering, do you all think it would be a good idea to make a seperate thread out in the general forum, so non-0th bit people could see it? It might bring more people in to donate. Just a suggestion, we don't need to do that just yet.
Could i ask what will happen with this once its been dumped? Will the release be to the donaters only? or is it going to be a 'scene release' as in everyone on here gets a chance to download it? Sorry if this seems a stupid question, was just wondering what the out come of this will be, i'm considering a donation myself but cash is a little tight at the moment. Cheers.
there might be a 2 step release. first the donors, and after a some days the community. it haven't been settled AFAIK
Not to worry, we're letting this fundrive run for a week or so, so that people who need to wait until they get paid will get a chance to contribute. So if you do gain the ability to donate sometime soon feel free to contact me. I've just got PM's from a few more interested parties who will be donating, so we're still moving right along! It's only been 2 days and we're at the halfway mark, so we're looking good! As for who gets the rom first, I suppose it's only fair to allow donators to get it first for a period of time as Karsten suggests, perhaps a week or two. We could always just use megaupload or something for the initial release, then afterwards for the general release make a torrent.
