Well... with regard to price, I remember quite a long time ago on the old board when someone posted "If you can spare 1 million yen I can give you a solid lead to a prototype unit" (speaking about the SNES-CD)

    hmm...

Now, most of the pictures of this are from game-rave.com, right? The author says that it was found in the trash and that these are the first pictures of it, and the bottom of the page says copyright 2004, and October 26th 2004 at http://www.game-rave.com/psx/. There was, however, 1 other picture of this unit actually connected to a snes, and those were linked from http://www.stevejuon.com/ as shown here[IMG].
If you go to the directory that that picture is in ( http://www.stevejuon.com/photos/lv_trip/ ) its saying that the pictures listed are from Classic Gaming Expo 2002. So does that mean that a picture of this item has actually been up for 2 years or so and it has only just been realized? More importantly though, BOTH game-rave.com and stevejuon.com's picture of the item clearly show the SAME red scratched/or painted markings in the corner of it. So this HAS to be the exact same unit, right? So what does that mean? Was this EXACT unit shown two years ago at an expo, and somehow found its way to the trash (which sounds very unlikely)? Or was it actually acquired from someone else at the expo? I just don't see how a unit that was being shown at Classic Gaming Expo 2002 would wind up in the trash. So did the original person who found it find it in the trash and game-rave.com just mention that that's how they got ahold of it, because they wouldn't be showcasing it two years ago and only make a page about it now. So they had to have gotten it from someone right? What are your thoughts? Please explain if I'm missing something here.

Congradulations paulo, now everyone know the secret identity of the guy who own it , sony will pursue him with their ninjas till the death....
    gwahaha :smt042

lol, anyway, great finds guys!we all know the proto of the expo was (and still is) the same one found in the trash. then paulo bring something : the ''not for sale'' was on the snes cd proto for the expo. but if the ''not for sale'' was here when the possesor found it in the trash, its because it was trashed after the expo, but if it was at the expo , then its because the guy on the photo knew it was the snes cd add-on. and those who rent stands in the expo are collectors, and if the guy didn't whanted to collect anymore , i'm sure he would sell his collection rather than trowing it in a trash.

    sound pretty strange to me.

Man...that's hilarious. So much attention being paid to Atari stuff in that picture, when right in the corner, one of the most elusive, legendary systems out there is sitting in the corner going unnoticed.

    dan kramer:

    kenston high school:

Where are they now? - Dan Kramer

My name is Dan Kramer and I graduated with the class of 1998. After high school, I spent my freshman year of college at Ohio Wesleyan University where I was on the Varsity Cross-Country and Track Teams on scholarship. I realized midway through that year that I was wanting to become a pastor.

I transfered to a small Christian college in Indiana called Grace College at the beginning of my sophomore year to pursue going into full-time Christian ministry. I ran only one season of Varsity Cross-Country there and then hung up my athletic career so that I could devote myself to school and the church.

I would spend a total of four years at Grace and would graduate in May of 2003 with a B.S. degree with majors in Counseling, Biblical Studies, Youth Ministry and Sociology. I served as the Student Body Vice-President and Senate President during my time at Grace. I also served as a youth pastor for a local church there.

I have had opportunities to travel and speak throughout the Midwest and have been apart of authoring a few books! I am currently working on my next book which I am hoping to get published sometime in 2004.

I am currently serving as a youth pastor in Akron, Ohio and am finishing up my Masters Degree from Grace Theological Seminary. I am still single, which is just fine with me! :) I miss the high school years...especially the memories of Cross-Country and Track with Coach Gibas.

Thanks for reading this...God Bless you all,

    Dan Kramer
