Besides being frakenstined back together, I think he looks fine. JUST those hands, they're bigger than his Effing face.
in an attempt to post this in the correct thread: Kind of knew that once the beta landed into the hands of the PC guys, this was going to happen. Most excited for Juri, I like characters that play very differently than the multitude of Shoto characters.
I've played the beta's and we should have 2 more to go before February. There's been 3 beta's so far but the first was so horrible; I & many could never log on to play so Capcom gave everyone a "gimme". In my first Beta I enjoyed Cammy the best. For my second beta: I was very surprised to find that I liked playing karin the best.
I'm buying a PS4 just for this. Cammy is my usual Main, but Necalli > EVERYONE IN SFIV that isn't Juri AND JURI IS BACK!
I love Juri as a character. In SFIV she was good but eventually it became harder to win with her consistently. I felt they made her more competitive in SF vs Tekken, especially by extending the range of her ultra. Really looking forward to how she'll stack up now, especially since the name of the game here seems to be pokes and smaller combos. No more damn FADCing. It seems like SFV will be a little more strategic in gameplay and won't have as many (if any) "vortex's" . The problem for me now is: I got so used to my 360 MadCatz TE fightstick (pictured below and look who I put on it btw..lol). That i'd like one for the PS4...well; good luck, because they're sold out except EBay for well over the original list price. As much as I don't like the color of the upcoming Chun-Li madcatz TE2 for the PS4, it looks like that's my only option if I want to use one in February.
I switched from Juri to Elena in Ultra. I think we know SFV juri is going to have her Fung Seui engine as her V trigger. I really like the new charcters in SFV so far. Necalli is badass. Rashid is goofy but he looks useful and Laura is fuckin hot. Very curious to see who and what Fan is. I just can't wait to see what they do with Alex. I SUCK with him in 3rd strike. SUCK WITH HIM.
Not sure if this will stay up or what but. Looks like the PC guys have found more content. Young Ken and Ryu, have to end up being costume options. There ya go, Ken's new hairdo problem solved for those who hate the new look...lol

Laura is HOT. What I'm really liking so far about SFV from what I've seen (NO PS4 yet so I can't do the Beta) Is that everyone is fair game since most characters have really been changed up. EXCEPT ZANGIEF I was furious when he was announced as that was a spot that should have gone to Alex. But Alex is DLC so.................. Still Zangief is a wasted roster spot that could have gone to somebody more interesting. Who even uses Gief anyway?
I will agree not many folks main gief...although there's a tournement player named snake eyes who's a master at him and can show what a good gief player can do. Ono has stated a few times that with V, he's really trying to have characters who play differently from each other. Which is good because I get tired of yet another shoto character. (although, I'd LOVE if Dan eventually became a playable character). Its why I figured Dhalsim or Necro would be coming soon and...then they announced Dhalsim. I'm with you, i'm happy so far. I'm glad to see the changes that they've made. and I CAN'T WAIT to see Juri. Although as a guy who used to main Vega..wow, he's so different now that I was totally thrown off when I played him. Scroll instead of charge, and they took away his "cosmic heel" which I used A LOT in SFIV, it was great to bridge the gap or even start a combo.
Dan VS Sean needs to happen one day. I hope eventually we see the SFIII characters that weren't in IV. So that's Sean, Necro, Oro, Remy (they could do some awesome with Remy) Twelve and Q. Alex and Urien are all but confirmed. I have no idea if Gill will ever appear again but he has a built in V Trigger with that ice/fire deal he does. I think the days of a new Street Fighter scrapping everyone but Ken and Ryu are over. But that said, Four new Characters per installment is disappointing. At least V's new cast is interesting. I'll use Rashid and Laura and Necalli is Main or sub main material. Just reveal Fan already so we can see what he's all about. Does SFV have no bosses as Alpha 1 and 2 did?
Ono has not confirmed a boss character yet. Of course the internet is abuzz with theories. The most prevalent is that the little boy found by Balrog (The Boxer) after beating Seth, is all grown up and the new boss. For some reason I think Zed was the name most thought he'd be using..but it's the internet, so who knows. Ono's tricked a lot of people with his tweets, comments, etc. Which leads me to one question. Are the characters still named differently in Japan and other area's than North America? I.E. Balrog, Vega and Bison standing for different characters depending on where you live?
I think just Nash is universal. Balrog is still Vega here. Vega is still Bison, and Bison is still Balrog. Or to be less confusing Boxer- Balrog Claw- Vega Dictator-Bison
and the first laura combos are coming from those playing the beta now...damn, I should go home sick from work...lol. Hopefully it will still be up, when I get home later and I can check her and the other new additions.
