He will eventually reply. It took 3 weeks for a reply to me when I ordered one. Also, he never replied properly after it was shipped when I asked for the tracking number, as all I got was it was shipped 3 days ago. I gave him benefit of the doubt and it arrived a week later.

 

I am about 7 weeks without a reply.

 

As long as you are succinct and provide the details he needs, you should receive a PayPal invoice. I received mine next day.

Has anyone gotten the USB GD-ROM to work with a Utopia boot disc? I've tried v1.1, v1.2, "v1.3", and "v2" to no avail.

My email was formatted the same as yours. I got a paypal invoice 4 weeks later.

 

Updated to the latest fw 16/08/16 and now D2 swap is broken for me, yet other games and swaps like code breaker is fine and is recognized. D2 was working fine with the previous firmware and nothing has changed on my side (just the fw update) as I used to select "disc 3 for swap" and boot "disc1", loading a "disc3" save, yet now it doesn't respond to the lid opening and closing (just hangs there)

I placed my order on 07/09/16
Received and paid the invoice on 07/20/16
Today is 08/29/16 and I have no update on my order. I still don't know whether it was shipped I'm from the USA. Mnemo did not respond to the email I sent 3 days ago.

Is anyone else also waiting for the shipment?

 

I have not been able to get him to respond to any emails either. It looks like the order page is currently down.

 

He replied to me via ICQ this morning. I sent him a message on it a few days ago asking if my order has been shipped. He replied with "Yes, Sent". Hopefully it arrives soon.

 

Make sure you email MNEMO and let him know about it so he can fix it in the next firmware. In the mean time he might give you older firmware to use for now.

 

For some reason I didn't get any warning about the reply. Yeah, I would be really interested on this feature.

Which set did you use to start reducing the size? Is there any tool for a batch process on this?

I did email him a few days ago and said he will check when he has time to look. Problem is, you cannot downgrade the firmware, as I tried.

 

I made one a long long long time ago.

It runs through a folder and optimises every single game, take a while.
(Converts bin to iso using gdiopt.exe)

Only thing is, requires a layout like so.

Single disc games:
Game name\files

Multi disc games:
Game name\disc 1\files
Game name\disc 2\files

 

Using gditools I have an the info and tools needed to rebuild the data tracks in ISO format and crop the last one (or turn a three tracks gdi into a four tracks one). I will work on this in the next weeks, but I'm busy right now IRL.

I've received my order yesterday. To be fair with MNEMO, here's my timeline:

Invoice received and paid - 7/20/2016 (11 days after ordering)
Order shipped - 7/23/2016 (14 days after ordering, 3 days after paying)
Arrival 9/2/2016 - (55 days after ordering, 41 days after shipment)

 

Trurip. No batch tool. Reduced one at a time.

Any shot of upgrading the 1980s menu on this thing yet?
